      The municipal council consists of a mayor and six councillors representing the six electoral districts of the Ville de Richmond. The mayor is elected by universal suffrage. As for the councillors, they are elected by the voters of each electoral district.
      \nThe last municipal election took place in november 2025 in Richmond.2025 Election Riding Map<\/a>The city councillors are Paul Mass\u00e9, <\/em>Lyne Nadeau,\u00a0<\/em>Marie-\u00c8ve Chapdelaine, Katherine Dubois, <\/em>Benoit Saint-Pierre,\u00a0 Ralph D.
