      The purpose of this tool is to ensure rapide communication between the Intermunicipal Civil Organization (OIMSC) of the Richmond region and all citizens so that they can be informed of various situations:<\/p>\n

      \u2022 Risk of flooding
      \n\u2022 notice of shelter, confinement
      \n\u2022 evacuation notice
      \n\u2022 boil water advisory
      \n\u2022 water interruption notice
      \n\u2022 notice of non-consumption of water
      \n\u2022 street closure
      \n\u2022 notice of major works (infrastructure)
      \n\u2022 all other important alerts<\/p>\n

      This new system allows the citizen, after his registration, to receive the important information that the OIMSC wishes to transmit to him by different modes:
      \n- Phone
      \n- Texting
      \n- Email<\/p>\n

      The OIMSC offers two ways to register.<\/p>\n

      Online registration
      \nTo register click on the following icon:

      Registration in person
      \nIn order to ensure the registration of the greatest number of citizens, citizens also have the possibility of appearing in person at the town hall to register. So if you're not comfortable with online forms or don't have the Internet, you too can receive your important notices.<\/p>\n

      IMPORTANT!<\/strong><\/span>
      \nIt is strongly recommended to make only one registration per phone number. Any other member of a family with their own means of communication (cell number, work number) must create their own account to ensure the proper distribution of a call automaton notice.<\/p>\n

      CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION<\/strong><\/span>
      \nThe phone numbers added will be verified by the call controller system by voice call or SMS when you register. It is therefore important, when registering, to have access to the registered devices in order to confirm their possession and to note a PIN which must be entered during your registration.<\/p>\n

      PRIVATE LIFE<\/strong><\/span>
      \nThe information provided will be kept strictly confidential. These will only be used in the context of alert and civil security\n<\/p>\n
